I gained 30 pounds of FAT after my fiancee decided to marry someone else.  That’s another story which I won’t go into.  What I will say is that I had the direct experience of emotional eating that I could not control.  I also lost my desire to my regular exercise routine.   I became more depressed by the day until a really good friend of mine literally brought me to see Dr. Mary.   She just said, “trust me, I know someone who can help you, get in my car”.  At that point, I knew I was on a down hill slide that I wasn’t recovering from doing what I was doing and I trusted my friend so I got in her car and off we went.

My first visit with Dr. Mary was transformational.  I’m do not understand what she did.  However, when I left her treatment room I felt more positive than I had for 6 months.  It was as if a weight had been lifted from me, even though I am sure I weighed the same amount as I did when I walked out the door.

Over the next 6 weeks, I enrolled in a Care Plan with acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutrition.  I completed a 21 Day Purification diet.  I am exercising again, my eating is under control and my weight is on its way down again.  I am continuing with weekly care with Dr. Mary as I am on the mend and have not reached my desired weight yet.  I am grateful to my good friend and to Dr. Mary.  I am hoping that I can help someone else by writing this testimonial like my friend helped me.
