“Eat The Rainbow”

“Eat The Rainbow” refers to adding natural fruits and vegetables to your daily diet.  The 2015- 2020 Guidelines for Americans, recommends 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day.  Check out the rainbow of foods on this chart by WholisticMatters.  Are you eating your rainbow?
