EPICUTIS® Lipid Shield is a daily-use, tinted, mineral-based sunscreen formulated with non-nano zinc oxide to provide SPF 30 protection while actively supporting skin health. Highlighted by proprietary IPC technology developed at Princeton University, TSC reduces redness and inflammation caused by UV exposure, minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and protects against collagen breakdown.
To further enhance the skin’s resilience under sun exposure, the formula combines soothing and anti-oxidant rich botanicals. We’re excited to introduce the new Epicutis Hydrobiome Serum, a next-generation formula designed to balance the skin’s microbiome, calm inflammation, and support a stronger, more resilient skin barrier. Unlike traditional blemish-focused products that can strip or disrupt the skin, Hydrobiome Serum works with the skin’s ecosystem to restore balance, helping improve stressed, reactive, and blemish-prone skin without causing dryness or irritation.
What makes Hydrobiome different?
Hydrobiome Serum is powered by TCP (Disodium Tetramethylhexadecenylcysteine Formylprolinate), a patented active developed by Signum Biosciences that helps regulate inflammatory signaling in the skin. Instead of aggressively suppressing bacteria, TCP selectively limits the growth of harmful bacteria while supporting a healthy skin microbiome, helping reduce breakouts and irritation at the source.
